I have recently had a conservatory built and the new conservatory blocks access to the existing garage door from the garden so before the conservatory was built I had a builder insert a new door into the brick work. 2 months later I have noticed that there is no dpc under the wooden door sill. I have spoken to the builder and asked him and he says it doesnt need a dpc……
The builder didnt install a dpc under the wooden sill of my new garage door, is this a problem?
